Vintage Asian Man Bobblehead

We have this vintage Asian man bobble head - measuring approximately 3 1/2" tall - is made from a heavy stoneware or plaster type material? - in fair to good condition - shows some surface wear to the paint and one of the metal spring coils on his head has been stretched out - has markings on the bottom but I have no idea what they mean - cute for display!  Please ask any questions you may have about this item prior to purchase.  Buyer pays shipping in the U.S. - no international shipping  no returns, no refunds.
