DOLL CLASSICS PATSY JOAN BY EFFANBEE DOLL CO. - DAYTON'SDoll Classics, Patsy Joan from the Effanbee Doll Company. This adorable doll was made from molds cast from the original 1946 composition doll.  She is collector quality hard vinyl and wears a green checked dress, green coat, hat and matching muff. The white trim on her hat says DAYTON'S.  This was produced in 1997 and is a limited edition designed and made exclusively for Dayton’s – Hudson’s – Marshall Field. Includes original box, certificate of authenticity, tag and also a nice doll stand.  She has some paint missing on top of her head as shown in photo's.  Selling in "as is" condition. Please email me with any questions/concerns.
