​This vortex mixer is in tested working condition with significant sign of normal use in the form of faded exterior panel and overall scratches in the finish. It does work properly.  It is ready to use as soon as you receive it. The variable speed is working and the rubber suction feet work well. The cord is pliable without cracks or split.  The rubber cup is fine.
