This Stuart SB3 Tube Rotator was removed from a lab during a clearance.
The unit doesn't power on, and we were informed that it was power surge damaged. The fuses had blown, but blew again when replaced. The main board seems fine, but the transformer may be damaged.
The unit is in otherwise very good cosmetic condition but is missing the tube holder.
