Sterling Georgian 1816 Hallmarked pair candlesticks by John & Thomas Settle

Just in from a Settle Estate a matching pair of antique Georgian
Sterling silver candlesticks with removable sconces. They are
Hallmarked 1816
Sheffield by
John & Thomas Settle
( 1814 to 1825 )

Each has
candle socket with removable bobeche .
Both bases and
bobeche
are hallmarked , the
marks
on the bases have been rubbed and are hard to read . The two under the
bobeches
are readable for Sheffield 1816
with the maker's mark of
John & Thomas Settle
.
They are about 6.75" tall with the bases about 4 3/8th across . They are filled and have a total weight of 871.4 grams .
Both are in very good overall condition for there age .
Each has a number of small dents , and a very minor degree of distortion overall . The felt coverings on the bases looked to have been replaced in the past.
