    Description

    Our tenant left two of these behind.  The price for each is 5.  He also left behind working security cameras, shelving, a water cooler, nice tables and chairs and office desks.  I believe he would have told me, if these didn't work.  He sold his business at an opportune time and made out well and didn't want to bother with dispensing with this equipment.  You may test them and I am selling them "where-is as-is" with no warranty.  The tenant paid me a very fair settlement to break our lease and I never had a problem with his, I would describe it as a "well-heeled" business.  I think you will find these pieces of equipment are working fine.
