    24 Photos in the Description Section It has been professionally crated so it's ready for pick up 18th Century Longcase Clock by Henry Higginbotham of Macclesfield, Cheshire Circa 1780/90 ***NAME ENGRAVING ERROR, Missing the H in Higginbotham*** The appraiser didn't say anything about it, which is odd but I can't find any information on why it's missing the H. My client purchased this in 1975 from WESTWAIN in Germany Authenticity Letters in Photos The good quality case is basically oak with mahogany veneer to the hood, mahogany cross banding, and moldings. There is some damage but all the pieces are included, you can see this in the last 2 photos. Has working trunk door lock and key The 8-day movement strikes the hours on a bell. The very decorative gilt and the silvered dial have a moon phase indicator to the arch. The movement is in good condition, keeping good time with all functions working. The dimensions are: 98" Height 23 1/2" Width 10" Depth
