This is Vaudeville Mannequins' "Lorna" face.
Made here in the USA, and decorated by hand by artisans, Vaudeville mannequin heads are a large step better than the imported plastic heads that one commonly sees.  Heavy and beautifully made, they are worthy of expensive lace-front and other quality wigs.
In other words, if you're showing and selling 0 wigs, don't you want to present them on the best heads?
