    Original sheet CC (200) panorama view of Passau (Bavaria, Germany), woodcut, old colored, from the Latin edition of Schedel'sche Weltchronik, published on July 12, 1493. Edited by the famous Nuremberg humanist and historian Hartmann Schedel. Printed by Anton Koberger in Nuremberg. With more than 1800 woodcuts, the Schedel Chronik is an important testimony to German book printing art of the late Middle Ages. The woodcuts are made by Michael Wolgemut and Wilhelm Pleydenwurff.
