This listing is for a REPRODUCTION of the original VERY RARE wrist hang tag for the Effanbee doll Company's BUBBLES dolls.    This doll was one of the most popular of the Effanbee dolls for many years.   It was produced starting in 1924 and was not registered until December 17, 1926.   BUBBLES was made in several sizes (13 inch , 14", 18", 20", 24", 25").    All BUBBLES dolls have composition arms and legs, with a one piece shoulder and head of composition.  The body is stuffed cloth.  There were variations of the legs on these dolls.   All had slightly open mouths, except for the 13 and 14 inch sizes.  The arms are bent at the elbows to allow the hand to be placed in the mouth.    Patricia Smiths book "EFFANBEE dolls that touch your heart"  is a great reference for BUBBLES dolls and photos.    I am adding photos of one of my Bubbles dolls, just for your reference.   (DOLL is NOT for Sale).
If you have the doll this is a good replacement for the original tag.    This is a very clearly printed tag which is printed on professional acid free card stock.  This tag is historically correct ( the same size, shape, colors and printing of the original tag).
I was extremely lucky years ago to find this tag and am one of only a couple of collectors in the whole country who have this tag in their collection.    I have decided to reproduce it for my customers personal use.  ALL MY GRAPHICS are copyrighted and may NOT be reproduced in any form without my permission.   This tag and many more rare tags, etc.  will be featured in my book in the near future.   The watermark Rusty's you see in my photo is not on the tag you will receive.
