13" 90th Anniversary Effanbee Patsy #V5207 Doll 383/2000. Condition is "Used". No international shipping. This doll is a celebration of 1928 Patsy Doll. She is cast in a specially formulated collector-grade quality hard vinyl and stamped with Effanbee signature. She is jointed at neck, shoulders, and hips. Head is a little loose but do not separated from body. She has painted facial features. She is wearing a lovely original outfit made for Effanbee. She is free of pet and smoke odor. She is wearing a sweet white dress with purple trim ribbon, bloomers, accented with purple velour cape, white socks and black shoes.
